Once we receive the photo and/or video evidence of the faulty or incorrect item, we shall promptly process your replacement or refund. Replacements will be promptly dispatched to you. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account once the process is finalized.

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase, as we are unable to offer refunds for items that do not align with your refined preferences. Once your order is confirmed, modifications are regrettably not possible.

Warranty

Rest assured, your satisfaction is our utmost priority, which is why your purchase of the Pristine Mornings™ Facial Steamer and the Pristine Mornings™ LED Light Therapy Mask are accompanied by a 1-year warranty, ensuring your absolute peace of mind.

If you encounter significant issues with your product and wish to initiate a warranty claim, please contact our dedicated team at help@pristinemornings.com. To assist in troubleshooting, we request a brief video to validate the reported fault. Returns of the Pristine Mornings™ Facial Steamer and the Pristine Mornings™ LED Light Therapy Mask will incur a shipping fee.

To qualify for a replacement, all returns must be postmarked by the last day of your designated return window. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a replacement.

While our warranty covers a wide range of potential faults, it does not extend to damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alterations, unauthorized servicing, connection to incorrect power sources, or the use of unauthorized accessories.

Please note that this warranty is exclusively available to the original purchaser and begins on the delivery date of the original order. It applies solely to items purchased directly from our official website, www.pristinemornings.com.

To facilitate the return, please ensure that the original box, accessories, and parts provided with your order are included. In the unfortunate event of shipping damage, please save all packaging materials and capture clear photos of the damage. Immediately report the incident to Pristine Mornings™ so that we can promptly address the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Upon receiving the return, we will conduct a thorough inspection within 5 business days. Once the product(s) have been verified, a replacement will be promptly dispatched to you.

Pristine Mornings™ owned by MyJoy Holdings LLC shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. Additionally, all implied warranties are limited to a duration of one year from the date of the original purchase.
